1.RATES

1a. The STANDARD rate includes:
-free cancellation of the reservation within 7 days of arrival (30% of the total will be charged by credit card or a copy of the transfer order must be sent 7 days before arrival);
- Continental breakfast based on fresh local, sweet and savory products and packaged products

1b. The NON REFUNDABLE rate includes:
- immediate payment of the entire amount by bank transfer;
- Continental breakfast based on fresh local, sweet and savory products and packaged products

1c. The NO BREAKFAST rate:
- provides for the free cancellation of the reservation within 7 days of arrival (30% of the total will be charged by credit card or a copy of the transfer order must be sent 7 days before arrival);
breakfast is not included;
if you want to add breakfast only on certain days of your stay, the cost is Euro 8.00 per person

1d. The NO BREAKFAST NOT REFUNDABLE Rate:
- provides for immediate payment of the entire amount by credit card or bank transfer;
breakfast is not included;
if you want to add breakfast only for some days during your stay, the cost is Euro 8.00 per person


2. TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax is divided as follows:
- HIGH SEASON Euro 2,50 per person per night (from May to October)
- LOW SEASON Euro 1,50 per person per night (from October to May)
It is preferable to pay the amount of the tourist tax in cash
Under the age of 12 and residents in the city of Lecce are excluded from paying the tourist tax
If a guest refuses to pay the tourist tax, it will be reported to the competent office

3. DOCUMENTS and ATTENDANCE

All guests staying in the structure must provide an identity document recognized in European Union, valid for registration on the portal of the Questura Alloggiati Web.
Access to people not registered on this portal is not permitted.


4. ANIMALS

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed, as long as the property is notified in advance


5. KEYS

The keys, at the time of delivery, must be kept with care, the guest is responsible in case of loss.
In case of any loss, breakage or tampering of the key ring, a penalty of Euro 20.00 will be applied


6. CHECK-IN H24

In case of absence in the structure by the manager, the instructions relating to access to the building with code will be sent in advance, via e-mail or message.


7. ELECTRICAL FLOW

To avoid unnecessary energy waste, the access keys are indivisible from a smaller key that will be used, once inside the room, to activate the electricity. When the room is empty, the refrigerator's electrical socket will still remain active


8. PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

The property is located on floor 1. It can only be accessed via 3 flights of stairs. There is no lift and no wheelchair device


9. DAMAGES

Any damage of a certain entity inside the room will be quantified and must be paid
